Under the guidance of design agency Eden Spiekermann, we were tasked in coming up with a creative digital solution to help improve airport layover experience for customers. I started by conducting a survey to better understand people's experiences during airports and flights. Customer personas were created for an Economy passenger and a Business class passenger to explore their stories, pain points, needs, and goals. Customer journey maps allowed me to visualize the stages a customer would go through with the service. The final task was designing several navigational tab pages and a scenario a fictional passenger would go through.
